The Function Room

With its high ceiling and relaxing atmosphere, the Function Room creates an original environment for any kind of meeting or activity. The room can easily accommodate over 40 people, seated either theatre-style or around one or more folding tables (together, the tables make up a single conference table stretching almost the entire length of the room). The Function Room also has a TV and video, overhead projector and moveable whiteboards (no extra charge is made for the use of these items).

Although frequently used for meetings, conferences and seminars by community, local government and business organisations, the Function Room is a highly adaptable space. Commercial training activities and small trade fairs have been successfully held there, as have launches and award ceremonies and even art classes. The room is also a perfect venue for small parties, such as christenings and anniversaries. The Function Room, of course, is also available for civil wedding ceremonies.

A wide spread of organisations have used the room, including the W.I., schools from both Warwickshire and Staffordshire, Borough and County Council departments, the local National Health Service Trust, ACRE, NWCVS, and the Youth and Careers services. Several companies have hired the Function Room, including national businesses such as Britvic, Optima the Co-Op.
